GOORAN GmbH
Today, the former production hall of the VEM Group – more than 4,000 sq m in area size - houses an exclusive furniture shop owned by GOORAN GmbH, which imports unique items from Indonesia, China, India, Vietnam, and Morocco. Formerly, drives for engines were built here.
Today the store is the meeting point for lifestyle events and people looking for very special products in the world of living.
The halls were adapted to structural and infrastructural needs: This created about 3,146 sq m of retail space including gallery and approx. 600 sq m of open space, which is currently used as a show garden.
Hall 1 is connected to the area of Hall K, which today is used as a warehouse of GOORAN GmbH with approx. 763 sq m. The facility includes a loading ramp and a roll-up door, which is used for loading and unloading the transport vehicles. The approximately 50 customer parking spaces complete the interplay of both halls.
